Non-Returnable Cases
Custom OEM orders, customized bags are NOT eligible for return unless there is a serious quality problem confirmed by us.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer unless the item arrives defective or wrong item is sent.
Refund Process
